GUIDELINES:
1) Zoom link sent out upon payment; we practice with video screens on, mics muted. A desktop or laptop is preferable to a mobile phone. Please refrain from attending/participating if in an acute state of injury or illness.
2) Be on time-I can not guarantee admittance after 11:30 a.m. Restrict non-class related cell phone use until after class. Respect our time together in the same way that would an in-person class--focus and commitment build group coherence. Remain attentive and connected until after the closing prayer. Save your questions--they'll be answered after we close.
3) Wear loose, natural-fiber clothing with bare feet.
4) Use a sturdy, unpadded chair with a back but no arms.
5) If a pose feels uncomfortable to you, make gentle adjustments to your pace/alignment/breath, or rest instead.
6) Stay hydrated, water bottle full and handy.
7) Refrain from eating heavy foods 2 hours prior to class; a light, digestible snack or smoothie will give your brain the glucose it needs to participate fully.
8) Attend to aftercare--breathwork increases metabolism and thirst. Have your lunch lined up! Continue to hydrate! Schedule a buffer zone between the end of your yoga class and your next task/outing/actions.
9) Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
10) Have fun!
