Payment confirms acceptance of our RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. Purchase must be completed at least one hour before class (by Sunday, 10:30 a.m. MST) You will receive an initial email confirming your purchase followed by a second email (sent out approximately one hour before class) that contains the ZOOM link for your Women's Online Core Care Chair Yoga class. Click on the live ZOOM link and enable your camera. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to class; this will give you a chance to set up your chair, assemble your props, etc. Latecomers will not be admitted to the Zoom Room. Respect for each other's time will enable us to get the most out of our class together. Your cooperation and participation are greatly appreciated!
