By participating in a Back in the Temple Glow-Yoga online class you agree to the following terms:
We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice; though we often suggest modifications, no responsibility will be taken on our part for any injuries you may incur during this practice.
Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions; have your doctor determine if this practice is suitable for you.
It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to accommodate your own particular circumstances.
Practice patience and kindness with yourself. Release ambition and embrace the cultivation of a new bond of trust with your body. We encourage you to stop when you need to. It is very constructive to participate passively, i.e. imagining yourself in a pose that is too challenging for you to perform physically.
Back in the Temple will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in this program. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture, or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible for the way you conduct yourself in a yoga class.
